How to delete your Klasivo account and associated data.
If you wish to delete your Klasivo account, you can do so by contacting our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity and process your request promptly.
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will verify your identity and confirm the request before proceeding. This helps protect your account from unauthorized deletion. The verification process typically takes one to two business days, after which your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
When your account is deleted, we remove your personal information including your name, email address, and profile details from our active systems. Attendance records, exam results, and assignment data associated with your account will be anonymized or deleted, depending on the data type and applicable legal requirements.
If you are an organization owner, deleting your account will affect all users within your organization. Before processing such a request, we will work with you to ensure that other members of your organization are informed and that their data is handled appropriately. We recommend transferring ownership of the organization to another member before requesting account deletion if you wish to preserve the organization's data and continuity.
Some information may be retained in our systems for a limited period after deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or complying with legal obligations. Residual copies of your data may exist in backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they will be permanently removed.
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you individually may be retained for analytics and product improvement purposes. This data does not constitute personal information and is not subject to deletion requests.
Account deletion is generally permanent and cannot be undone.
